We currently offer the following shipping methods:

Economy Shipping

Cost: USD 4.29
Coverage: United States
Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days
International delivery: Not available

Economy Shipping is available only for orders shipped within the United States.


Standard Shipping

Cost: USD 4.75
Coverage: Worldwide
Estimated local delivery time: 2–5 business days
Estimated international delivery time: 10–30 business days

Standard Shipping is available for worldwide orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, local postal services, and other factors outside our control.


Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Please note that estimated delivery times refer to the shipping period and may not include order processing time.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. The final shipping fee depends on the selected shipping method and delivery destination.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping through our Standard Shipping method.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges that may apply in the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Cado Surgo and may vary depending on local regulations.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cado Surgo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
