Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These may include perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants; custom products, such as special-order or personalized items; and selected personal care products, such as cosmetics.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item before requesting a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
