Estimated local delivery time: Usually 2–5 business days
Estimated international delivery time: Usually 10–30 business days

Standard Shipping availability and delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, local postal services, product type, and the fulfillment provider responsible for producing and shipping the item.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery location, shipping zone, product type, and the company responsible for printing, embroidery, or fulfillment.

Because different products may be produced and shipped by different fulfillment partners, shipping costs may vary between orders, products, countries, and regions.

Additional fees, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Cado Surgo and are the responsibility of the customer.

Production time may vary depending on whether the product requires printing, embroidery, or other customization, as well as the workload and processing time of the fulfillment provider.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Cado Surgo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, fulfillment providers, or events outside our reasonable control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at store@cadosurgo.com so we can review the issue and assist you where possible.
